IT seemed as Though The announcer was Taking forever To Tell us The win- ners, iusT To leave us in sus- pense, complained Ju- nior Lori Wood. i'And The winners are Annie Escobar and Angel Gonzales! proclaimed RA RA RA-Junior Eric Mullins cheers on The fooTball Team dur- ing The homecoming game. The loss of The game was unexpecT- ed. 24 A Homecoming -,-.Jai F' ' 1 announcer Richard San Mareo. An overwhelming roar of applause filled The air. Miss Escobar was nomi- naTed by Dance produc- Tiong she was also involved in Drama. Gonzales was nominafed by Pep squad: he was one of Two male cheerleaders on The Team. While all The exciTe- menT was Taking place on Hal Cap Field, The hired DJs were seTTing up Their mounds of amplifiers for aT The dance. AlThough losing The game was an unexpecT- ed disappoinTmenT, mosT sTudenTs enTered The gym ready To have a good Time. The creaTive, daz- zling decor had people in awe! The sTars dangling above added class. The laTesT song Push IT by Salf n' Peppa'was Thumping from The huge speaker, enTicing sTu- denTs onTo The dance floor. When you wish upon a sfar was The colorful Theme of The evening. ON THE TRAIL-Beverly Hills Tries hard To cafch Will FifiTa as he runs To help The wide receiver. The foofball Team wenT on To The C.l.F. playoffs. Thanks To The senior class, The fesTiviTy was voTed mosT memorable. i'Homecoming was The besT school evenT l wenT To. Everyone was geTTing off, enjoying The music, dancing, and socializing. The whole nighT was really fanTasTic, sTaTed senior Manny Vargas, The IasT gIiTTer from Homecoming fesTiviTies faded in The early hours of The morning. GET DOWN-Junior Vanessa Chaverri dances To The besT of Solid Gold ProducTions. Cha- verri was a Diaconian. STICK IT OUT-Elke Qallo and guesT find iT hard noT To dance To The raging Tunes of Solid Gold ProducTions.
