V 1986 J UNI OR-SENI OR BANQ UET AND PROM The Hawkins High Schooi junior class hosted the junior-senior banquet and prom on Saturday night, May i0, at the Oak Forest Country Club in Longview. Colors of red and silver were used to carry out the chosen theme of Weave Got Tonight. The white-covered individual tables were centered with bouquets of red roses, and each place setting was marked with printed red napkins, place cards, mint cups, a souvenir ribbon, and a long-stem rose, Invocation was given by John Moore. Junior class president Amanda Turner welcomed the guests, and George Johnson, senior class president, gave the response for the seniors. Andy Beavers read the class prophecy and Melanie Baker read the class will. Casey Bowles announced the prom queen, Lori Green, and a bouquet of roses was presented to her hy Tracy Turner. Junior eiass sponsors were Ruth Wilics, Marian Steich, Louise Hendry, Fuller Burns, Dan Wise, Sam Hollingsworth, and Clara Kay. Senior class sponsors were Gwyn Kirk, Dan Kirk, Jo Ann Minshew, Bob Behnke, and Phil Pate.

PRO CONT. 5 :J H ,, The 1985.86 Prom was hcid in Longview, Texas at Oakforest Country Ciub on Saturday May IO. The theme for that night was WE'VE GOT TONIGHT which sci the mood for the announcement of Prom Queen who was Lori Green for this occasion. All in all the night was filled wiih beautiful decorations and high-spirited Juniors and Seniors that made it quite unforgettable.
