Oggy gives Pinky and Joe some neutralization pills which they in turn give to their biology professor for aspirins. The neutralization pills have a very strange effect on the professor and the others who happen to get some mixed in their food at the Poison Pot. The boys are expelled from college and their girl friends will have nothing to do with them. The story of the play is the troubles the boys have in their efforts to raise money to have an orchestra, to get permission to go back to their classes, to keep Toasty from being run out of town by the health department, and to win their girl friends back.
