In the courseof the evening Mrs. Wilson meets an old friend, actor of an old school, who persuades her to go away and leave the youngsters on their own. She accepts the idea and leaves to visit her brother, Ezra. Act II. Jane, the wife, turns into an expert cook, Meanwhile Uncle Ezra decides to visit his sister Mary, Imagine Jane's surprise to find two Uncle Ezra's in the same house. Act III. Jane pulls a surprise on Harry and both ponder the fate of their mother. Colonel Meadows feeling blue, comes to combort them and in turn is comforted. Everything turns out OK and everyone is happy.
