4 Clubs PEP CLUB The Pep Club was organized to promote better sportmanship within the school. The club has existed for two years and has done much to improve group cheering, while fostering attitudes of fair play. Lorna Griflis, presidentg Dorothy Squibb, secretaryg Miss McGranahan, sponsor. HAVILAND 4-H Haviland Sewing Susies studied sewing again this year. They all completed their work and exhibited it at the Paulding County Fair. Lead- ers-Mary Hoaglin, Peg Pfost, Marcella Hockenberry, president. The Haviland Junior Farmers had a one hundred percent club this year. We wonder where the rest of the trumpets were. When Ralph R. borrowed everybody's chewing gum to fix his horn. The Whole period the boys had to sit still without talking. The uproar caused by the argument over Lawrence Tibbett and Nelson Eddy. The Christmas program when Junior High Glee Club got in a hurry to sing. The basketball game when LaDonna dropped her baton. The Oakwood boys couldn't have had any thing to do with it.
