The relation ol' the physical needs lo the spiritual, the relation ol' city linances to school requirements, the allocation ol' available money to what is primary-all these call lor a superior sense ol' proportion. Hr. Nlcllook has this sense. Nloreover-and in spite ol' his problem - he has lived up to his advance notice ol' being a happy man, and one who wants everyone else to be happy. .Xlthough he has not been in our midst very long, we already regard him as we should a lriend ol long standing. ln our personal con- tacts, his engaging personality and his informal- ity have won us completely. Mr. Nlciloolds adaptability has allowed him to fit into a new enviroimient with perlect ease. Considering his many duties, we have been surprised and pleased by his availability as a speaker at school and as a spectator at our lunctions.
