Ever since his second grade year, Gene Meyle has been very busy in all the school activities and in so doing has acquired a multitude of friends. His friendly smile and compatible personality have been the principal causes of his success. This year Gene took a great interest in the different activities around school. He lends his voice to the baritone section of Mr. Law's glee team, plays in the school band and is one of the best actors the dramatic club has seen in previous years. He is probably one of the most versatile members of his class. Wlien not banging on the drums or throwing his voice around as a ventriloquist he is usually dovin at the skating rink practicing his program for the many championships and events in which he competes His ability to cut a neat figure on the ice with his blades is certainly an eviable one Gene has not yet decided which college he will enter but whichever one it may be will gain a very talented young man Dramatic Club V VI Outing Club IV V Auto Club IV V Glee Club V VI Halzgoluk contrib VI Index contrib V VI Soccer III IV Swimming III IV V H VI FRANK BARRIE MONTAGUE Hrrmlea 'lunbridge Rd Haverford Pa Birrie entered the Prep svc years ago Anvone vuho has come to know Barrie will remember him as a nice guy Accompanying his quiet friendliness is his generosity reliability a good sense of humor and 1 After thc completion of his curricular studies each day Barrie can be found either chatting with the fellas harmonizing in thc Glee Club or down at the sxsimming pool In the latter actuity Barrie has been a good competitor and has vxon a varsity H A part of one of Rudyard Kiplings lines is I go to concert party ball This line can espe cially be applied to Barrie Besides participating in the Glee Club con certs Barrie attends the concerts it the Academy of Music regularly H his been at practically all of the school dances and supports all other affairs connected xx ith Haverford Blrrie has applied to both Washington 8.
