Dell Farm Gwynedd Valley P l terunent was pruxate and burual made at Cherry Hull Cecul County Maryland One of Mr Carters classmates wrutes Charlue was one of the outstandung boys at Haverford and not Coach Charles Gault to re port for practuce so that a squad could be whupped unto shape to defend the Inter Academuc League champuonshup won last year A number of xeterans graduated last June but a nucleus was left around whucb hugh hopes have been buult that another chauuupuonshup squad can be produced Captaun Crowell 37 and Rowe 36 are back at the forward posutuons Dul worth 36 Neely 38 and Burduck 36 are contenders for the uob of center wuth Dulworth havung the edge at present Potts 37 Whallon 36 and Platten 36 at the guard posts round out a well bal anced squad Lawrencevulle Takes It on the Chun For the first tume un lo these many moons the team got off to a flyung start when they outplayed a strong Lawrence vulle Hve to wun by a score of 79 74 at Haverford on Saturday afternoon Northeast Hugh Downed An easy wun resulted from our xusut to the court of Northeast Hugh School un Phuladelphua on Fruday December 13 A the end of the furst half the score was 73 7 So completely dud we bottle up our opponents that they fauled to score a sungle field goal un thus half The hnal score was 31 14 The result of the game was nexer un doubt Crowell had a fleld day chalkung up 15 pounts for u Frankford Hugh Meets Defeat Thus game was played on our floor at Haxerford on Thursday December 19 A Frankford Hugh us consudered the class of the Publuc Hugh School League of Phuladelphua a
