THIRD ROW: Freshman—John Anslinger. Gayle Kern. Eighth—Dwight Sanders. Karen Sollman. Seventh—Jim Southwood. Mike Clutter. The Student Council consists of two representatives elected from each class 7-12. They are the link between the faculty and the student body, and work directly through the principal’s office to bring the school added activities. Several activities held monthly during the E.C.S.A. period were: a traffic safety film and speech presented by Sergeant Brown, a presentation by Miss Paula Parker, Governor of Indiana Girl’s State, a Christmas convocation, concerts by Indiana Central Choir, Oakland City College Choir, and the Dubois High School Band.
