i second best. Willard Dickerson, our class treasurer, won at the same event, the prize for being the funniest dressed person. At the demonstration held to promote interest in a new high school our class paraded and displayed not only their school spirit, but also their colors. Our class had charge of the entertainment for the St. Patrick's Party. Much credit is due to Enola Fox, who was chairman of the committee. We have a class baseball team made up entirely of members of our class. The team played some games with the eighth grade last fall, and expects to have more games with them this spring. In competitive spirit we have been Freshmen, but not dead. ' Houk, Carrell and Brandreth practiced basketball during the past season 3 while Edith Ritter, Gladys Tomlinson, Enola Fox, Betty Biggerstaff, and Barbara Sidle were fortu- nate enough to be chosen for the Girls' Glee Club. -WILLIAM CARRELL.
