HE Class of 1926 entered Hatboro High School in 1922 full of peppy members willing and ready to put on the armor of high-school life. Along with editing a successful class magazine and a delightful picnic at Valley Forge, the curtain fell over our career as Freshmen. With some additions and subtractions to our happy band we begun life anew as Sophomores. Pleasant remembrances of this year were our class pins, a sleighing party, and hearty participation in the school operetta, The Gypsy Rover. In September, 1924, we entered as qualified Iuniors. During this year we obtained our blue and gold pennants, of which we are so proud. The outstand- ing event of our Junior year was the wonderful reception given in honor of the Seniors. Three years have rolled swiftly onward and we took up high-school life as Seniors 5 this year was the crowning glory of our high-school days. The im4 portant events of the year were our doggie roast, the purchasing of our class rings, followed by a year of earnest work in studies, basketball, and preparation for the annual-THE HAT. In April we gave our class play, Hezekiah's Country Store, which was successful and enjoyed by every one. - On 1Vl.ay 17, the Seniors were all aboard for Washington, where all had a splendid time carrying home memories never to be forgotten of our National Capital. Thus, four happy years have passed leaving us only pleasant recollections and memories, thanks to you our teachers for the splendid lessons you have instilled in our hearts. -ELIZABETH KRENGER.
