RAYMOND YERKIE Trustee THEODORE WILSON Trustee WINFIELD HARRISON Secretary CHARLES SHEPPARD Treasurer JAY JENNINGS President MESSAGE FROM THE SCHOOL BOARD The Haslett Board of Education wishes to congratulate the senior class of 1959 We hope you have enjoyed your year in the new high school building and have been able to profit from the curriculum. The Board of Education, with the help of many committees and individ¬ uals, has endeavored to supply the best possible in buildings, equipment, cur¬ riculum offerings, and faculty members so that you will be well equipped to enter the world of work and business or continue your education in the college or university of your choice. Haslett is a fine community in which to live. Parents and other friends of the school have been most cooperative and willing to help pay for the neces¬ sary buildings and operational costs of the school. We have tried to merit this confidence by giving much thought to the wel¬ fare of both citizens and pupils. This is sometimes very difficult as there are conflicting interests and ideas, some of which cannot be reconciled. We hope you are always proud of Haslett High School and we are sure that we can always be proud of you and glad to acknowledge you as a graduate. Best wishes for your continued success. The Haslett School Board
