Wfdfdfly From the very start everyone knew that we seniors would be a class with a difference. When we struck out on our own in our very first year here at Harvey and had a Sophomore Sock Hop ,-practically a get-together ljust like the seniorsl, everybody saw we'd have plenty of initiative. We kept it up junior year too, selling magazine subscriptions to bail out the sinking fund for the big Junior-Senior Prom that lay ahead. We'll all remember our first Prom,-moon, Manakiki, and all. But that isn't all we did as juniors. Our class was well represented on both the football and basketball teams, and best of all, we won the first prize in the all-school Stunt Night with our wonderful, corny skit. And then, all of a sudden we were seniors, with only one more year to go. We've come a long way since we were sophomores, and sometimes it's seemed as if there's been an awful lot to learn,-especially when the home- work piled up toward the end of the year, with all of us working hard on com- mencement committees. This year hasn't been just work for us, though. None of us will forget the winter Homecoming, all the better for its long waitg or January Thaw , the Le Masque club's zany play, or all the other funny wonderful things that made us seniors The Seniors of Harvey High. fifteen
