John Tudor, the Committee Chairman, and Parker S. Wise, his assistant, assumed general charge of all the arrangements. The committee, however, was subsequently divided into groups in order 'to supervise more accurately the details of management. Elliot T. Putnam was given charge of the decorations, James Lawrence, Jr., of the invitations, and Bronson JV. Griscom of the catering. Wiilliam L. Elkins and Thomas G. Moore were chosen 'to take care of the music and coat rooms. As has been the custom in the past, the Jubilee will be held in Smith Halls. During the supper hour, the Hall choruses will hold their annual competition, and the Freshman Glee Club will render several selections. Later in the evening there will be orchestras for dancing in both the Common Room and the Dining Room. The date of the Jubilee has been set for May QS. The Committee is making its final arrangements at present. Wlith the extensive plans to make this event an outstanding feature of the year, and with the cooperation of every Freshman, there is no reason to believe that these hopes will not be realized. l2'7l
