it 'Sl enior rila Again this year the Seniors expect to take the Van Zile tour to New York City. They will leave April ll, take the Trailway Bus from Oneonta and arrive in New York in the afternoon. They are going to stay at the New Yorker Hotel for the four day trip. The tour includes trips to Radio City Music Hall, Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building and N. B. C. Studios. They are planning to see two Broadway plays and visit Madison Square Garden. Miss Dorothy Ziegfeld, their advisor, and Coach William Dalrymple will chaperon them. 3055 MDF QC? As we gaze into our crystal ball we see the class of l952 which graduated in Hartwick ten long years ago. The first image that forms as we peer into the ball is that of a beautiful blonde who is modeling an evening gown for Powers Models Inc. As we take a closer look we see that it is our old schoolmate Carolyn Block who has had a wonderful career in modeling. Next a short red-head comes to our attention. She is astride a galloping broncho and is shootin' up the town. A female bankrobber? Oh, nothing like that. It's only our old pal Belle Two Gun Wart as she appears in her latest western movie role. She's really gone a long way in Hollywood. Why, here we are in the Metropolitan Opera House in New York City. The curtain goes up and the tenor begins his stirring aria. XVho is it? Well, it's our classmate, Larry Russell, who's currently starring in Bizet's Carmen. He has been singing with the Met quite n while and is one of their leading artists. Next we see the interior of the New behind the desk is none other than Beverly and has worked himself up to the top of the While we're in New York we might as to. see the main event. Charles has his opponent down In another field of sports we find John Tubbs ace-pitcher for the New York Yankees. John has broken all records for pitching no-hit games and also is one of the top Yankee batters. Last but not least we find Bill Grosslinger an oil tycoon living on his spacious Texas ranch. He is a multi-millionaire and lights his cigars with fifty dollar bills. The crystal is beginning to cloud but we have seen what has happened to our class of '52 and we are very happy to see them so prosperous.
