The girls began the hockey season with much enthusiasm, but bad weather soon dampened their spirits. The regular class teams had to be replaced by two large teams which were headed by Jacqueline Bunner and Viola Zins. Three closely contested games resulted in -Iacqulineis team winning 2 out of 3. Those who showed skill in the sport and attended faithfully, in spite of the inclement weather, were chosen for the honorary hockey team by Miss Gradolf and Mrs. Dondero, instructors, and Virginia Brewer, hockey manager.
