eftlsifomto I X1 JUNIOR CLASS HISTORY . ,Forty-five smiling faces passed thru the open doors of Hartshorne High School in the fall of '21, and registered to the name of '6Freshmen. Tho We, the Juniors now, are slightly decreased in numbers we still have thetzeal and pep that has inspired us all thru our high school career. In every activity in the school you will find us numbered with the best. , In the first year of our high school accomplishments, not only did we distinguish ourselves as worthy students, but also in every activity of the school. Nor has that status been altered as We have progressed on toward the top of the ladder. Sophomore year found us well represented in girls' and boys' basket ball, foot ball, track team, and all musical contests. VVe contrib- uted materially to the many victories of the school in all these activities. , Our third year in high school finds many vacant seats and old friends missing, but each is replaced by a new member. Our greatest loss was our sponsor but her place is filled now by one who is Working earnestly with us and has won the esteem of every member of the class. In the VVho's VVho Contest this year the Best Student, Best Athlete, Ugliest Boy, Best Musiciann and best All-round Boy came from our class, adding to the honors we already possess. VVe are next to the largest class in high school. Next year we expect to be at least the second largest class to graduate, rivaling the Class of '23 which now holds the record in point of numbers.
