Included in this cabinet are the deans of men and women whose problems are not unobservable. In times when other colleges cut their social and athletic programs to a minimum the Associated Students, through careful budgeting, managed to allocate funds for all jaysee activities. All programs had to be scaled down, but none failed of an undeviating support from both the students and the faculty. . 27 .
