We, Carole Kluender and Jack Peterson, leave our brownie points to Gary King and Cecil Lorch, because frankly, they could use them. I, Carol Potter, leave my sense of humor to Teresa Hein and Arvon Glaser so someone can keep the school in stitches. I, Susan Powers, leave my knowledge of Espanol to Maridee Moermond, so she can master the past subjunctive. I, Audrey Raber, leave my quietness to Lois Nagel and Jane Denny. I, Grace Rasmussen, leave my diamond to Roxie Brinkert and any others who may be qualified. I, Marsha Romey, leave my good salesmanship to the candy salesmen, so the junior class won’t go bankrupt. I, Jean Samuelson. will my good grades to Joanne Hoper. I, Jane Schierholz, leave my ability to defend clients unsuccessfully to Peg- gy Hinz. I, Jerry Sears, leave my red Santa Claus suit to Michael Hooper, so he can bring good cheer to everyone at Christmastime. I, Jim Smith, leave my straight hair to James Heimsoth and Bill Ballou. I, Don Speck, leave my rifle to Kurt Ott, Denny Durst, and David Jacobs so they too can be riflemen. We, Karen Steen and Beverly Schwarting, leave our way with servicemen to Berlou Lage, so that Hartley will be well protected next year. I, Gary Tibbetts, will my love for government class to Rodney Raber and Kent Rasmussen so they can learn to be good citizens, too. I, Alvin Groff, leave my radio fix-it ability to Benny Watts so someone in the senior class next year can fix the junior girls’ radios. I, Roger Groff, leave my hot Ford to Gary Mohr, so he can scrap his Buick. I, Jim Hansen, leave my will power to leave parties early to Jim Rons, so everybody won't be out so late. I, Rose Harders, will my giggling to Sheryl Bobzien and Julie Sandersfeld so the teachers will have someone to drive them crazy next year.
