NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY The membership of the national Honor Society great- ly increased with the induction of last years mem- bers. The induction was held in the commons and each member received a certificate and a pin. The MIS had a fund raiser in which they helped burned victims. The money was given for medical research. Its sponsor Mrs. Madden; president, riatalie Weimer; vice president, Kelli Reiland; secretary, Tricia Plewka; and treasur- er, Dawn Madden have many more planned. The pep club hopes to hold a dance in the spring and a banquet at the end of the year. The purpose of the pep club ' s existence is to in- volve any students in a club who have no interest in any athletic or academic clubs. They allow stu- dents to participate in group activities that help show pep ' ' and enthusiasm for tlartland High.
