In debate and forensies Hartford High had its finest year. both groups set reeords that mn only reflert rredit on our srhool. The voral and instrumental musir departments eontinued their pattern of smashing all previous reeords. CASELY Principal X The student lxody was happy to see Mr. Casely appear at the general assembly on the first day of school, fully recovered l'l'UlIl his illness of last year. Nlr. Caselfs aclrice and assistznree haue always been fundamental reasons for the success of Hart' lord High School. Although Mrs. Halverson. who resigned last year as school secretary, was greatly missed throughout the year. Miss Collins proved :nr able replzrcernent. All will agree that Miss Collins carried out her secretarial duties pleasantly and effi- eiently. The School Board, tonsisting of three zrhle businessmen of our community, undertook the jobs of directing our school policies, planning the years budget, and ot purchasing new equipment. so that our school could operate as efficiently as il did.
