I Q STATWON ' mv L All About the Seniors Officers of the senior class Walter Barrick President Camilla McCollum Margaret Anne Nethers Secretary Treasurer Class Colors Maroon and silver Class Flower American Beauty Rose Class Motto NTon1ght we sail, where all we anchor ' Valedlctorian is Walter Barrick Dramatlc club This year, we,the pupils of the Fanover Toboso Hiph School organized a dramatic club Thls club was divid ed into three sections the seventh and eighth, freshman and sophomore, junior and senfor Je have had a fine time working together in presenting plays and giving programs We have had many projects W entered the state one act play con test at which we presented the play, nmarrying Off Father W February btH and 7th, the three dlvisions of the club each presented a play We gave a program at Homer and in return Utica gave us a program We also gave a program at Perry Rural School and at the Hanover Grange We wish to extend our deepest sympathy to the families of Lois Nethers and Dick Hammond who died this year. r fda X Honor Society at Panover Toboso The annual Ponor Society banquet was held Aprll 21 ln the Fanover To boso Iigh School building and dlnner was served at 7 o'clock 1n tne audi torium Ninety persons attended Dr J L King of Denison University The banquet was sponsored by the senior class to secure money for their proposed Sen or Trip Fanover Toboso Girl Reserves Last fall we organlzed a Girl Reserves Club and elected the fo l owing officers Pres dent, Iargaret Priest, Vice Pres dent, June Mills, Secretary,Lou1se Donaldson,Treasurer Mary Ellen 'ill ams, and Advisor, hlldred Glffen We were invited to Zanesville for the Glrl Reserve anniversary on Saturday, April 26 Exchange Papers During the year we have tried to have the best school paper poss ible We have published about all the activities in our school and any which our fellow pupils participated We sent papers to the county high schools and received papers fr0m Etna, Frazeysburg, Summit Station, Jacksontown,Nashport, and Union Sta tion Sports The Hanover Toboso football team had a rather unsuccessful season Due to inexperienced boys and lack of veteran material, the team lost all its games. Next year they hope to have a better team. The basketball boys were also discouraged this season. They won but four games and lost ten. 1 L Y A-V ' .
