TEACHERS! Appearing on the teaching staff this year were seven new faces. Among the new tudors, four lucky lasses and one lone male experienced their first year of teaching. Mr. Tolson had been broken in one year previously, while Mrs. Hartzell is a 1-l-year veteran. Assisting and sponsoring the 12 extra-curricular clubs was the way in which many of the instructors spent their few extra hours. Seventy students ex- tended it merei to two of the first year teachers as they joined the newly established organizations- G. A. A., and Dramatics. Another new look in extra- curricular activities was the girls' pep club sponsored by Miss Kasparek and occupying two sections of the gym with its 160 members. Aside from their roles as sponsors. the 3U-member teaching staff again assumed their primary purpose- that of passing on their knowledge to the students of H. C. H. S.
