ll lllllllllll An immeasurable and significant effect of the TRUE BLUE ClTlZEN'S tax dollars is seen in a finished product when the last- strains of music on Graduation Day fade away and the gowned figures slowly but surely exit into the world to make something of themselves-their way of thanking the taxpayer for starting them on their way. But to realize the thrill of diploma day, you must be exposed to innumerable experiences provided by those tax dollars. Your classroom instruction is paid from this source. The library from which you get your history report, the band which thrills you at ball games, the chorus whose carols stimulate that Christmas spirit, and all the thousand daily school incidents from loafing to learning are provided by that big-hearted collective public figure, the tax- paying TRUE BLUE CITIZEN.
