I ... form friendships units 3 where we hang our ha IS Dedication In the past, dedication was always the choice of the Memoir Staff. For the purpose of better representation of the students at Hart County High, this year’s dedica- tion was decided by the Senior Class. The recipient is someone who is always available for consultation. She greets everyone with a smile and sets a Christian exam- ple. Loving young people and advising FCA are her favorite pastimes. She is a devoted teacher and friend. With both pride and gratitude, the students at Hart County High School tip their hats to Mrs. Sandra Blackburn. krnot f m BEST DRESSED Michelle Hembree Robert Vaughn MOST LIKELY TO SUCCEED Perdita Jordan Lee Leverette MOST ATHLETIC Rhonda Ayers Jerry Wilkins MOST TALENTED Andi Fleming Greg Daniel SWEETEST Kim Ford Scott Fleming MOST SPIRITED Deanna Feltman Kevin Feltman CLASS CLOWN Sandra Brown Mike Rucker MOST LIKELY TO STAY IN HARTWELL Kim Kotal Keith Baker BEST LOOKING Jennifer Laviolette David Morgan MOST INTELLECTUAL Nancy Cook Stephen Patterson 18 Senior Favorites Senior Class Senior Class Officers: President — Andi Fleming. Although it seems just yesterday we were wearing our “baby hats” as freshmen, we in turn have worn the hats of leadership, victory, and authority at Hart County High School. We must also realize it is almost time to put on our final hat at graduation and walk across the stage one last time proving ourselves ready to put on the hats of the world. 20 Seniors k Stephanie Adamski Belinda Agnew Tamara Alewine Jan Andrews Evalene Allen Tracy Adams Stevie Alexander Earlene Allen Lisa Appleby Rhonda Ayers Mandy Baker Keith Baker Sharon Baker Connie Banister John Banister Sean Barnard Seniors 21 Sheila Brooks Amy Brown Brooke Brown Kim Brown Melinda Brown Ted Brown Sandra Brown 22 Seniors Wanda Cartee Brian Chitwood Jennifer Carter Thomas Carter Lynn Christian Morris Cleveland Jill Cheek Stephanie Cleveland Ricky Cobb Chris Coile Maria Cole Thomas Cole Seniors 23 Tina Cornett Michelle Crocker David Crump Beth Crump Wally Crump Mitchell Crump Martin Cunningham Greg Daniel Lisa Dowell Tommy Duncan 24 Seniors Cathy Dupont Darren Dye Elaine Evans Scott Evans Alton Eaton Deana Feltman Andi Fleming Scott Fleming Kim Fleming Tracy Ertzberger Kevin Feltman Christy Floyd Pat Gaines Seniors 25 Kim Ford Kathy Fowler Bonnie Gaines Melissa Gaines Stephen Gibson Randall Gilliard Debra Gray Cedric Gibbs Jill Gresham Lisa Griffin Bridgette Gurley Robin Hale Vicki Harris 26 Seniors Jeffrey Hart Peter Hashek Julie Haygood Francine Heard Michelle Hembree David Hill Terrie Hendrix William Hill Sean Hogan Betty Holland Desmond Hughes David Hicks Pam Hinson Kathy Hyde Tracy Isom Carey Jackson Beverly Johnson Seniors 27 Kelly King Kimberly Kotal Jennifer Laviolette Andrea Lecroy Annette Lee Lee Leverette Keith Macris Cindy Martin 28 Seniors Lee Moore Thomas Moore Tyler Moore David Morgan Errica Morrison Andy Mullenix Renee Maxwell Monica Montgomery Bryan Moorehead Susan Munda Seniors 29 Diana Osborne Erica Pinkston John Ray Pam Roebuck 30 Seniors Pam Powell Donna Richardson Freda Price Donnie Richardson Rhonda Purcell Denise Roebuck Alice Rowe Renee Rucker Mike Rucker Demetricus Sadler Alan Saxon Elizabeth Smith Patti Skelton Robin Skelton Roslyn Rucker Hugh Sadler Rusty Sanders Darlene Savage Mitchell Sosby Barnard Starks Travis Starks Greg Sanders Robert Schultz 1 Luther Smith Sharon Stovall Seniors 31 Thomas Stovall Greg Stowers Timothy Teasley Ronnie Thompson Ron Toney Nikki Tupper Tammy Walker 32 Seniors Cindy White 1 i Herbert Strange Jimmy Tate Charles Thornton Jennifer Thornton Robert Vaughn James Verdell Gary White Mark White Gwen Whiten Karen Whitfield Teresa Wicker Jan Whittemore Jerry Wilkins Holli Winn Kristy Willis Rebel Wilson Tracy Wood Roger Worley Tammy Worthey Not Shown: Vandy Alderman Stevie Alexander Heath Ankerich Gwen Barnett Melissa Buffington Eddie Burnside Tracy Cotie Sheila Cunningham Damon Davis William Gaines Burnie Hendrix Greg Hill Eddie Hill Steve Kellar Lee Kraemcr April C. Oh sure, I’m the funny one, the one with the straight mind; But yet I’m the child I’ve always been inside. Look at myself in the mirror, no perfect line or shape; Yet a spirit deep inside me that I’ll never let escape. Look on page 39 for baby identities. The club’s main purpose is to keep the spirit and morale of the student body high. As projects the pep club plans to repair or replace the bleachers on the visitors’ side of the football field and to have basketball championship banners made so as to hang from the rafters in the gym. Like many other clubs, the Pep club sponsored a dance for a fund raiser and for Homecoming held a bonfire to pep up the football team for a possible homecoming victory. Pep Club Under the guidance of co-advisors John and Sandra Blackburn, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes has had a very busy year. Rev. Dan Poling (bottom left picture) from Toccoa spoke at the November meeting on the topic of Life and death. Members were appointed by Mr. Hayes and were required to meet once a week with Mrs. Greenway, the Lunchroom Dietitian, to plan school menus. The purpose of the club is to allow the students to have an input into what is served for lunch. The members came up with new, and more interesting selections including shrimp, chefs salad, and chicken nuggets. Creating menus was a great learning experience for the students involved. The students learned about the nutritious requirements that must be met each day. They also learned that it isn’t always easy to come up with meals that meet all these requirements. Not only has the Food Council been helpful to students, but it has also helped the lunchroom workers by letting them know what the students like and don’t like and by giving them some fresh ideas on what to have for lunch.
