Junior-Senior High School Faculty Mr. Rickey Bearor, B.S. (Brockport) (D.O.B. 3 13) came to Harrisville in 1974 as a physical education teacher. Mr. Bearor, who is married and the father of two, also teaches driver education. He hails from Edwards. Mr. Joseph Breindel, B.S. (Lock Haven State), M.S. (Potsdam) (2 8) is a native of St. Marys, PA. The Breindels also have two children. Mr. Breindel teaches English and acts as adviser to the student council. Mrs. Terry Cole, B.A. (Nazareth), M.L.S. (Albany) (10 1) lives in Carthage with her husband and three sons. In addition to her duties as librarian, Mrs. Cole also teaches several English courses. Miss Eileen Collins, B.S. (Buffalo), M.S.T. (R.I.T.) (9 3) claims Macedon, N.Y., as her hometown. Miss Collins came to Harrisville in 1973 as an art teacher. She has travelled extensively and is an avid hiker. We regret that she will be leaving us this year. Mrs. Avis Cring, B.A. (Albany), M. Ed. (SLU) (2 11) first taught in 1947. She has taught mathematics since 1955. Mrs. Cring is a native of Watertown. She has many hobbies but golf seems to be her great love now. Mrs. Joan Dashnaw, B.S. (Plattsburgh) (4 6) was born in Chateaugay. She came to Harrisville as nurse-teacher from Gouverneur in 1959. The Dashnaws have three sons and a daughter. Mr. James Durkish, B.S. (Buffalo), M.S. (Buffalo) (3 22) is from Brant Lake, N.Y., and, since 1978, is industrial arts teacher. Mr. Durkish is the proud father of a son, Luke, born September 16, 1980. Mrs. Shirley Dusharm, B.S. (Albany) (10 20) has taught business subjects in Harrisville since 1964. Also the mother of three, Mrs. Dusharm is an alumna of H.C.S. and has advised its student council for several years. Miss Kathy Felio, B.S. (Cortland) (11 26) hails from Harkness, N.Y.. She has been girls' physical educa- tion teacher and coach since the fall of 1974. She has many interests. She plays the guitar and sings. Miss Catherine Finch, B.M. (Crane, Potsdam) (11 5) was born in Oswegatchie. She assumed the duties of vocal music teacher in November of 1977. Miss Finch enjoys sewing and cross country skiing.

Mr. Patrick Fraser, B.A. (Cortland) (9 1) is another native of Harrisville. He returned as secondary social studies teacher in 1977. Mr. Fraser coaches the girls' basketball squad and many JV sports. Mrs. Rebecca Heagle, B.A. (Potsdam) (6 18) came to Harrisville in 1975 as a teacher of mathematics. Mrs. Heagle and husband Terry make their home in Carthage. Mrs. Heagle is a native daughter of Liverpool. Mr. Gary Hinsdale, B.A. (Alfred), M.A. (Colgate) (11 20) has been guidance counselor here since 1977. Originally from Endwell, he and his wife Barbara now'live on South Creek Road. Mrs. Shirley Hoover, B.S. (Plattsburgh) (1 31) will see the last two of her five children graduate from H.C.S. this year. Mrs. Hoover teaches homemaking, a position she has held since 1969. Mr. William Kellerhals, B.A. (Hamilton) (4 3) is from Port Leyden. He came to H.C.S. in 1972 as science teacher. Mr. Kellerhals and his wife Linda are the parents of two daughters, Amy and Emily. Mr. Marcel LeBlanc, B.A. (St. Michael's), M.A. (Mid- dlebury) (3 11) has taught foreign languages here since 1953. Mr'. LeBlanc is a native of Winooski, VT., and spends his summers in that area. Mr. Philip Looby, B.A. (Potsdam) (3 24) hails from Ogdensburg. Mr. Looby, father of six, teaches science and can usually be found seated at the console of his computer working out new programs. Mr. Christopher Luttinger, B.M. (Potsdam) (3 2) is from North Babylon. He came to H.C.S. in 1977 from Clifton-Fine. Mr. Luttinger is instrumental music teacher. He has a lofty view of the world about him. Mr. Roderick Parow, B.A. (St. Bonaventure) (7 9) is one of two Parow brothers teaching in our school. Mr. Parow came to H.C.S., his alma mater, in 1970. Mr. Parow is an English teacher. Mr. Stewart Parow, B.A. (St. Bonaventure), M.S. (Potsdam) (5 12) is the older of the two brothers. He teaches social studies. He first taught at H.C.S. in 1965. He is a native son of Harrisville. Miss Jannet Seelman, B.A.. (Potsdam), M.A. (Potsdam) (9 23) is a native of Constableville. She has been teaching reading since 1979. In her leisure moments, she enjoys crocheting and reading. Mr. Richard Tarr, B.A. (Tenton State) (8 21) came to Harrisville in 1970 from Richford, Vermont. Mr. Tarr is a native of Cranbury, New Jersey. Mr. Tarr lives at the lake with his family.
