Junior Prom King Queen On May 17, 1980, the Class of 1981 staged its Junior Prom in the High School gymnasium. The gym was tastefully and artistically decorated to reflect the colors of the rainbow, the class colors. Corsages of baby carnations highlighted the class flower. King and queen for the event were Tim Wood and Sandra Smith, who were crowned by 1979 King Randy Patnode and Queen Anne Fuller. Eight members of the class completed the royal court. After much picture taking, the royal couple led the guests into the traditional coronation dance. Music for the evening's dancing was provided by Love Street, an ensemble composed of two guitarists, a pianist, and a drummer. Girls from the Junior High served the guests refreshments, a variety of old-fashioned cookies and punch.

Royal Court ROYAL COURT: Lynne Fuller, Carla Collette, Juliann Baker, Michelle Weir, Queen Sandra Smith, King Tim Wood, Keith Hoover, Tim Davison, Richard Davison, and Jeff Miller. Below are two of the many young and older couples who attended the 1980 Junior Prom. The Class of 1981 extends its thanks to all who made the event a success. It also expresses its gratitude to Mr. Fraser, Miss Finch, and Mr. Tarr, class advisers, for their valuable help in supervising the preparations for the prom. f —'- !
