To appreciate the resourcefulness and courage of our Junior-Senior High kitchen staff we need but to glance at the somewhat less than adequate facility with which they work. A school cook must not only pro- vide sound, nutritional meals to satisfy state regulations but she must also strive to please the palates of several hundred students whose tastes are as di- (• vergent as their family names. In spite of occasional grumbling that it's not mom's cooking , Mrs. Frank in particular, and the . 1 kitchen staff in general, have maintained through the years a —----- high level of quality in the preparation of meals. Mrs. Frank who has been in the cafeteria since it opened in 1951, has served under Principals Crandall, LaBarge, Boyden, Betrus, and Kelly. On our behalf, and that of her many friends, we extend to her our best wishes for a long and happy retirement. MRS. FRANK
