VARSITY CHEERLEADERS The Junior Varsity Basketball team opened its season with a one-point decision over Augustinian Academy. They scored additional wins over St. Mary's of Ogdensburgh (54—4-8;, a decisive win over Parishville in their first meeting (61-26) and a 47-44 win in their second meeting; a ten-point win over Clifton-Fine (40-30); a two-point decision over Colton (36-34-); a win over Edwards in their second meeting (39-51); an overtime win over St. Mary's in their last game of the season (44-39). Losses were suffered at the hands of Clifton-Fine (27-30); Knox Memorial (23-4-3 ancL 55-57 in double overtime); Colton (32-34-); Augustinian (35-38); Edwards (37-53)» The top three scorers were Pat Lancor (173), Dave Chamberlain (113) and Steve Vallencour (78)
