Her prize-winning work, titled The City was a semi-abstract painting done in oil on cardboar with palette knife. It now goes to New York for judging in state and national competition. Place winners in the regional competition in Syracuse include Carole Ripley, Elton Wood, and Beryl Luther. Our warmest congratulations to all four.
