Some ofthem were: The 4th of July, Homecoming, and Memorial Day parades. They were awarded four tropies for their efforts, during the 76-77 year. They also marched at all home football games and the Pep band played at all the home basketball games. The Sym- phonic band presented a winter and spring concert which was enjoyed by many people in the community. The band wrapped up one of their most successful years with a picnic at the city park for all their accomplishments. The band members would like to give a special thanks to their band director, Charles Sheldon, who kept them going.
