The sands in the hour glass are few and we have almost attained our goal. Our time of adolescence is fast coming to a close and adulthood is upon us. Mr. Douglas McFarland is a wel- come addition to our faculty. He teaches world history, economics, and sociology. Mr. James Benedict directs our high school chorus and aids Mr. Leonard Klaasse in leading our Band. Mrs. Betty Spangler and Mr. Richard Johnson instruct the physical education classes. Mr. Ken McNeill is our Special Ed- ucation teacher. 9 Mr. Wayne Bucholz, our athletic director, successfully gets us through another year of sports. It’s impossible to skip school anymore as Ken Blackledge finds out as the truent officer, Mrs. Leona Stocking, catches up with him. Our librarians, Mrs. Pauline Sweeney and Mrs. Margaret Bosink had quite a job when they moved the library into the old study hall. 10 1 Mr. Bruce Brandon, Mr. Wylie Sullivan, and Mrs. Mary Winters are our social science teachers. Mr. Barry Hamilton and Mr. Jim Rosekrans teach science and conservation. Our mathematics teachers are Mr. Terrance Wales and Mr. Bruce Carlson. 12 13 Mr. Joe Ashcroft teaches history. Mrs. Irene Gorte and Mr. Kirk Kickbusch teach the business courses. Here, Mrs. Vivian Rippentrop, helps one of her home economics students learn how to use the sewing machine properly. M Miss Vivian Gross teaches art and ceramics and Mr. Bob Brenner, industrial arts.
