HARRISBURG HOSPITAL Harrisburg, Pa. To the Class of 1941- To the World at large the year 1941 has been epochal in character. Many things have transpired which Will have a lasting effect upon the World of tomorrow. Without a doubt the year 1941 Will mean very much to each of you for you will be ushered out into the World to take your place in that great and noble profession- Nursing. Preparation for 'life's Work is beset with many obstacles, most of which you have successfully overcome. Coincidently, you have been privileged to serve as a nurse in the Harrisburg Hospital during a period when service reached a maximum not heretofore surpassed. - From now on your opportunity for service will broaden appre- ciably. The world will be your stage. May you have the courage and strength to meet the obstacles you find there, and with the poet, may you find that your obstacles Will be friendly ones:- FRIENDLY OBSTACLES-CL. E.
