SHARP Shg Girls turn oft your lights- X ' Mrs. Sharp is almost in sight She peeps in everyone's door Here and there hears a false snore. And then we hear aisigh of relief, Because the fourth floor girls are apparently asleep. Down the steps quietly on her toes To the third floor she goesg Lo, and behold a whoopee party she finds The girls are again reminded of the time. lt's Way past tensforty five, she said-so Each and everyone to their own bed. Noiselessly she opens or door And finds herself on the second floor Where a card game is in full sway Her face is indeed a look of dismay Guiltily to our own rooms we creep, And with a grin on our face we iall asleep. ln her mind there's still cr doubt And then she looks all about At last sees a light glow- Fincling there a poor tired soul Sleeping with all her might- Without a sound Ma turns off the light. One worry here, and another one there, Is there any wonder she has gray hair? As time slips by and we grow old 'We suddenly realize that she is a Mother of Gold. It only we are as sweet and kind I om sure there willloe no fault to find. Unanimous. 741
