Harvington, ,O2, met at the house of the iirst named and formed the charter list of what is now a powerful secret society. 0. H. Z. remained as a local society until February, 1901, when by a change in the constitution o. H. E. became a chaptered fraternity, and admitted a strong local society in the Parsons High School, Kansas, to membership as Beta Chapter of 0. H. 2. In April another Chapter, Gamma, was installed in the Newburyport High School, Massachusetts. Gamma Chapter was followed in june, 1901, by Delta of Harrisburg High School, and Epsilon of Buffalo, New York. Thus within less than a year a society of most humble origin extended until it was represented in four states by five prosperous Chapters. So far this year only one Chapter has been formed, Zeta, of Dummer Academy, South Byfield, Massachusetts. -The year has not been wasted however, for each Chapter has employed its time in making for itself a stronger place in the school where it is located. 63
