Cheerleaders Take Top Awards The 1984-85 year was one of many ac- complishments for the cheerleading squad. The cheerleaders attended a Universal Cheerleaders camp at Tulsa University. At the camp the cheerleaders did very well, bringing home several superior rankings. The squad was named camp champions for the first time in Har- rah history. They also brought home a spirit stick and a Master Key to Spirit Award which was decided by a vote from all of the attending squads. The squad's championship win qualified them to compete at the regional level. They were in the Midwestern Region, which included all of Oklahoma and Northern Texas, and they brought home a third runner-up trophy. The cheerleaders truly had a prosperous year!
