Memories During each school year, memories are created that will live in our hearts forever. Some made us laugh. Others made us cry. We'll always remember the activities of high school, but it's the people who made those activities so special. lt's the people who changed an ordinary, dull day into a day worth remembering. Winning at the football, basketball, and wrestling homecomings was one of the hap- piest memories of our school year. The festivities which occurred around each homecoming also made it a very memorable time. The Howdy Panther Dance, Football Dance, and Spring Dance will stay in our minds for a long time. inhibitions were taken away, and the freedom of expression took over. These dances were a way of relaxing and a way of having fun, they will always hold fond Cand funnyj remembrances for us. Their first year at Harrah High was a memorable one for freshmen. From feeling like aliens to finally feeling a part of the gang, being a freshman was a unique experience. Junior and Senior trips in May provided expectations throughout the year. The freedom these trips allowed made these outings very exciting. Sports played a dominant role in our school life. Whether it was the last second shot that did or didn't go in, or the football game won or lost in overtime, sports had an influence on all who participated or attended. The time during graduation was very hec- tic for the graduating seniors. Buying an- nouncements, being fitted for caps and gowns, and practicing for graduation were traditional activities for all seniors. Gradua- tion was a memory that made one both laugh and cry. For those who had earned the honor, Senior Week was very special. lt didn't mat- ter if all you did was sit at home and watch TV, you'll always remember what you did during Senior Week. Also, we can never forget the special teacher who really cared, or the terrible teacher who just never understood us. The work we did during school will play a very important part in the rest of our lives. Every teacher and class has contributed something to what we've learned. As we look back over the year, we find that we not only remember the exciting events, but also the ones that seemed mean- ingless at the time. For instance, we will not only remember the crowning of the queen or the prom, but we'll also remember when Mr. Reed said the morning announcements, or the food fight that Mr, Raglin never found out about. Memories encompass everything and last forever. 164 gsm is img . L is .st Q 'SX S P . .
