FUTURE FARMERS OF AMERICA The nineteen members of the Harpster FFA were active in several programs during the school year. Most of the members won ribbons and prize money on their exhibits at the Wyandot County Fair in September. In October,Mr. Bishop, chapter advisor, John Beaschler, Bill Sand- erson, and Larry Bryant, a l95S graduate attended the National FFA Con- vention at Kansas City, Missouri. Bill was in the National FFA Band, and Larry sang in the National FFA Chorus. Eddie Jury won the local safe driving contest. He placed second last year. Various other activities of the group included the Greenhand Initiation, Parents Night, pest hunt, parliamentary procedure contest, livestock judging, and the annual banquet.
