I I if LX SENIOR CLASS HISTORY , , ,1 . -.. . il' . V - . As May, 1956 drew nearer we started to recall the memories of curl high school days. ' IN ' t v2Q 4 September, 1953, we who returned as Freshmen were surprieed'5g find we had eight new members to make a total of thirteen with M!ai Jane Stump as our advisor. In October all thirteen of us werel ine? itiated and at last we were full fledged Freshmen. We returned in l95h as Sophomores to find that we had los? two Qf our classmates: Ronald Couch who moved to Michigan, and Roger Ssyuesv who moved to Forest. In the Spring of this year we ordered our rings. 5 -C x In 1955 we lost one more classmate, David Smith. During our Junior year we sold refreshments at the basketball games. In April we gave Junior play, 'Kid Brothern, with Mr. McAlpin as our d1rector,and in May we sponsored the Junior-Senior banquet here in the aud1tor1umlunderQ Mrs. Fow1er's guidance. x ' The summer vacation passed quickly and September of 1956 was here. We entered our Senior year and were surprised that we had neither lost nor gained any classmates. On Dec. 8 we presented our Senior playf WSecond Fiddlen, with Mrs. Alice Fowler as our director. Miss Parsell helped us to present our year book and Mr. Maddox was our advisor. .In Mgy, tgn scared, but grateful, Seniors received their diplomas and ark now ready to go into the big world.
