He holds a Bachelor of Science degree i Marine Transportation, a Master of Science degree in Manage- ment received from the Naval Post Graduate School in Montere . CA and has completed his Joint Professional Miiitai Kducalion (Phase 1). His sea tours include: assignment to USS OLIVER HAZARD PERRY (FFG 7) in Philadelphia as First Lieutenant and Combat Information Center Officer; Operations Officer on both USS BADGER (FF 1071) and at Destroyer Squadron 25 in Pearl Harbor. Hawaii; and pre-commissioning S.VIMO on USS BOXER (LHD 4).
