Harper's Home Talent Show on October 9, 1947, brought some talent never seen before on Harper's stage. Gerry Palm held us breathless while she balanced a glass of water on her forehead. We enjoyed the sparkling humor of Kate Bohse's I Cain'i Say No. Of course everyone liked Ted Gradolf and Dick DeKoker in their pantomime of Tim Tayshunf' Then there were nine little blackfaced girls who sang I Hcd a Dream, Dear. Many others per- formed including Ioan Whitty and Barbara Dudvvorth, who gave readingse not forgetting Barbara Disbrow, Ioe Hayes, Marilyn Davis and Dave Miller, who thrilled us with their singing. 41 Qbie eizbeufficlze Jgfadde Wir komrnen urn acht Uhr zur Schule.
