At the beginning of the year we lost one member, Robert McCarthy, who transferred to Waterville High School. Some of the money-making projects have consisted of a bottle drive, candy sale, and Freshman Reception. We want to thank you for your help in making these a success. The members participating in girls basketball are Janice Giovannucci, Darlene Dore, Debbie Watson, Kathy Watson, and Nancy Chadbourne, Those taking part in boys basketball and other sports are Roger Annis, Robert Cooley, Timothy Lawrence, and David Cotta, David Cotta is also co-manager of the boys basketball team, Janice Giovannucci is our only cheerleader. Debbie Watson is a sub- stitute cheerleader. Representing the sophomore class in the Student Council are Sidney Cooley and Audrey Stadig, 17

Our activities have consisted of a slave sale, bottle drive, and a Christmas dance. During the coming months we plan to have a Hal Lone Pine Show, and another bottle drive. Members of our class participating in girls' basketball were: Susan Reed, Sheryl Willis, Paula Herrick, Linda Spence, Barbara Watson, and Diane Bowman. Regina Annis served as co- manager of the team. Members participating in boys' bas- ketball were: Duane Olson, Peter Cooley, Fraiser LaGross, and Gregory Snowden. Taking part in Cross Country were: Allen Lawler and Gregory Snowden, Greg also represented Harmony in the State Track Meet at the U. of M. Representing Harmony High School as cheerleaders were: Barbara Watson, Susan Reed, Diane Bowman, Regina Annis. Sheryl Willis and Paula Herrick served as head cheerleaders. We wish to thank Mr, Dow, our class advisor, for all the help and con- sideration he has shown throughout the past year.

For raising money We have had food sales, sold H.H.,S. letter pins, and sponsored record hops. Dean Willis represented the Freshmen Class on the Student Coun- cil and also served as magazine cap- tain of the magazine drive. Dean Willis, John Pease, and Bruce Pomerleau played basketball for the boys. Brenda Dore, and Gloria Giovannucci played basketball for the girls, Judi Pease serves as score- keeper, and co-manager for the girls. Gloria Giovannuoci served as a cheerleader and Judi Pease as a sub- stitute. Mr, Rowe serves as home-room teacher and class advisor.
