The third place represented Harlowton's best South- ern Divisional tourney effort. Co-captain Tom Johnson was all tournament forward. Track Team The highlight of the season was the baseball jamboree held at Harlo in which the Billings, lewistown, Moccasin, and Harlo teams parti- cipated. About their joys and things they've done, As you will see, We've sure had fun. Blue stationery-scented no less, Who's it sent to? Well, can't you guess? It's John Bakken, and Bozeman's his favorite city. Cause that's where he goes to see his steady. Louise Bakken, a peppy cheerleader, At those ball games we really did need her. She'll soon be as happy as happy can be, For she'll soon be married to Mike, you see. Evelyn Beauchot, a real cute girl. By a senior boy is being given a whirl. All she needs to give here a thrill. Is that senior boy by the name of Bill. Our next girl in line is Betty Brown, Who always seems to get around town, She plans to learn to fix women's hair, But when they see it, they'll really get a scare. Larry Clawson hails from Hardin, From that school he got a pardon. You must be nice to him of course, Because his father's on the police force. Mirror, mirror on the wall. Who's the wittiest senior of all? Don Cooper is the name, His wits will lead him on to fame. Del Crabtree from down Shawmut way, Rides to school each happy day, On the yellow school bus with four big wheels, That's the kind to travel on, Del. A sweet little blonda in our Dorothy DeBuff, Full of sugar and spice and all that stuff. She reigned as queen of the prom this year, And she'll go a long way in the world, never vear. In a blaze of glory, and a blaze of speed, On to the gridiron runs Den Edwards, our galloping steed. Across the goal line with lots of steam. Hold it, Den, its for the wrong team. Wanda Elliott, so sweet and shy. Always greets you with a cheery, Hi. At the telephone office she says. Number Please, And gives you your party with the greatest of ease. Poem Keitha Fisk, a real cute chick, Says that homework makes her sick. She likes the dance and just plain have fun, And she really keeps the boys on the run. From up Martinsdale way we have Judy Grande, Herjob as Rebound editor she did fine and dandy. A red and white Buick is her favorite car, Driven by a certain basketball star. The boy from Circle who is not a square, Is tall and dark and has curly hair. He was Circle's loss and Harlo's gain, Gary Galahan is his name. Sandra Hereim, a cute little doll, Like Humpty Dumpty will have a fall. And all the king's horses and all the King's men, Won't be able to put her mascara back on again. Fifty miles per hour, crusin' down the highway. In and out in front of cars going down the biway, What is that little gray thing a-ziggen' and a-zaggin . Why its only Bill Homer in his little Volkswagon. Tall and blonds, a real neat guy. In this old world he'll always get by, He was the star of our basketball team. In anyone's books, Tom Johnson's supreme. Lynn Juelfs, a housewife to be, After nurse's training, just wait and see. Is she unhappy? Heavens no. Seems like happiness is just a thing called Joe. Donna Kalberg loves convertible rides, When Mother is looking then she hides. With her love for science whe will go far, She will probably end up on another star. His name is Jim Kelly, but we call him Kel, Of the things he has done, we dare not tell, He's witty, he's handsome, He's gay and He's free, So get with it, gals, and don't let him flee. Pat Langston, one of the nifty four, Who cheered for our boys on the basketball floor, Hopes to be a farmer's wife. And work on a farm the rest of her life. 55 Betty Lilley, a real gone gal. Is to everyone a pal. She has a boyfriend and he's no phony. For she'll soon sail off to the sea of matri- mony. Ken Lode, the clown of our class, Is seen out at Brown's selling gas. When evening time comes, to the Gap he does go. With Galahan, Murch, and his good friend, Joe. Pat Melaney, an Irish lass, Dislikes school and every class. To English class ehe's never late, Cause Pat sure wants to graduate. Jim Moe loves to give speeches in P.A.B. He will be a rancher just wait and see. The fields he will plow and soil he will till, And he'll leave all his money to Mr. Paladi chuk in his will. Vonda Morse, the girl with the smile, Likes English class, but just for awhile. In Washington where it's always raining, Vonda will be taking her nurse's training. Our dark, handsome classmate is Jim Murch, The guy who leaves the girls in the lurch, He looks sweet and shy, but he know's he's not We'll warn you, girls, he'll never be caught. Lorraine Nelson, we call her Nels, Likes Saturday evenings, heavens what else. She sews and she cooks and she drives a jeep. You can now understand why its such a heap. With a ring on her finger and stars in her eyes, And a boy named Larry whom she doesn't de- spise. Noel Odenkirchen is happy to be, A girl who'll be married real soon, you see. Pauletts Parks, our Shawmut lass, Is the secretary of our class. In a two-toned green Chevy she likes to ride. With a certain blonde boy by her side. Dan Quigley is a Martinsdale boy. Drives his car likes it was a toy. He will sure be glad when the year's work is done. So he will have time to have more fun. Darlene Rasmussen feeling fine, Always comes to English class just on time. In future years she plans to be a nurse, Let's hope her patients don't ride away in a hearse. Roy Riggs is tall and handsome but not very rich, Cause a short time ago his car landed in ditch, He keeps his eyes open for a grade school girl I wonder who's giving who the whirl? Roy Riggs is tall and handsome but not very rich, Cause a short time ago his car landed in ditch, He keeps his eyes open for a grade school girl I wonder who's giving who the whirl? Our Annual Editor is Joanne Sanders, Around the halls she meanders. Memories from Washington she likes to save, Because they include a boy names Dave. Dennis Schuchard, a western boy, To him his horse is his pride and joy. For each new shirt he has a neck-kerchief to match, We only wonder what he's trying to hatch. Joedy Kansas, our cowboy supreme, Was also the star of our football team. In his blue and white Ford he was sometimes a question, Now his blue and white Ford is in Shorty's possession. Gene Soddeno, a Lebo resident. May, someday, become the President. Gene's in love with his car, And with that doll, he'll go far. A cute little senior who likes to sew, Also likes to be on the go. Lavonne Sondeno sooner or later, Head's her dads car for the town of ffyegate. Gloria Spatafore, we used to call Cookie, Sits in school reading her bookie. The name of the book is Campus Howl, The Math II class likes it Wow, Wow, Wow. The next girls name is Pat Swallow, A certain boy she likes to follow. She hopes to someday make her catch, For they will make a very nice match. Lawrence Torstenbo a football star. Drives around in a pale green car. He's very quiet when he's in class. But he's not that way when around a lass. A real card our own Doug Yates, The boys who loves to go out on dates. But only one girl holds key to his heard, Linda's her name and ne'er will part. We have related days of the past, And now we are leaving you at last. There's joy in the city and joy in every town. But there'll be no joy in Harlo when we seniors aren't around. w VBL .' • J '«« EL V is l OTggF liSiJ -.■ , V f«- ' ,£$7'.' . jS4: r T-1 L' . . r - - •uSk y 7 ; T- - „ C :.- vr 7 tl iV 3 $ $ ♦v % 'irv •1 K1 N V JraE “ -« V v !W r W V v : «£ 5 Os %♦ Tv 1« !$fi f w 'V a vs 2 iV?!
