Public interest and school enthusiasm were at a height this year because of the hard work done by Mr. Frank and the band. ln the musical field the band came off with top honors. They won a first at All Texas Day in Austin, and a first at the Pigskin jubilee. Mr. Frank expects the band to do as well at the Band Festival in Brommsville and the lnterscho- lastic League in McAllen. The band perfomied at a Christmas Concert and put on their annual spring concert. They also partici- pated in the Charro Days' festivities. The band is always present to add color to the pep rallies and games. They were doing the Mambo. Ughhhhh! , .-t - . 3. . i ' 9 aw. 1:74 .A , ...Lrg ,-
