His alertness and g r e a t playing won him honors on theAll-District, All-South T e xa s, an d All-State teams. He was the only three year letterman on the team. The team will n o t i c e the difference without him next year. ALLEN HORNBARGER Allen's great playing in his fullback s p o t earned himhonors on the All-District te am. Allen was very fast and abrilliant open field runner. Mac was quick to come up from his de- fensive halfback spot to stop any- thing Coming his way. Mac will be back next year, HEC TOR GUTIERREZ Hector was a rough, fast center and a fighting defensive man. Although this was his first year out, he won honor s on the All- District and All-South Texas teams. His ability to catchpasses helped win many games. He won't be back next year. .TACK MORRISON This tackle was one of the best in the Valley this year. He proved it by hi s hard blocking and tack- ling. He was the rock 'em and sock 'em type of linebacker and his spiritand determination will be mis sed next year. LYNN PARTAIN A fast, aggres sive end was Lynn. His ability to throw a pass as well as c atch one, combined with versality made him a valu- able man on the team. His quick wittiness kept up the moral of his team. He won 't be back next year.
