These rout- ines entertain and motivate the crowd. Good physical condition and coordination plus good grades are a must. Since routines are performed as a group, precision is essential. Personalities must be 'XA- Okay . It is absolutely nec- essary that everyone works together. ln its only competition of the year, the squad finished in fifth place. In previous years, the squad has never placed below third place. With this in mind, the squad is in the process of rebuiding, and the squad is looking forward to next year. Many of the players were playing for the first time, and there were only four returning starting players from the previous season. The lack of expe- rience showed in most games. Al- though the scores did not reflect it, the team played hard. As the season moved on, the team played better, and the Falcons were able to win a game against Englewood. Next year shows the promise of more experienced players retum- ing. The Frosh-Soph team had a good season and will send its best players up to Varsity. This factor combined with leadership from the retuming players should result in a good season for '87-'88.
