on. Jay Tobin warms up for the game against the University of Baltimore. Stu Ward's moment of truth against the University of Baltimore with Coach Wayne Housum looking 1965 proved to be the year for golf. Our team, with a 10-3 recoxd won the Tri-State Champion- ship, and Scott Bailey won the individual champion- ship for the tournament. Bailey went on to place fifth in the regional and fifteenth in national competition. The Harford team has the advantage of practicing at the Maryland Golf and Country Club, which has one of the finest courses in the State. In their favor, also is the able coaching of Mr. John Nichols. This year's team has two sophomores and three freshmen who have racked up a 5-7-1 record.

With the pitching ability of Jack Hillesland and Jay Tobin and the coaching of Pilot Wayne Housum, the team produced a surprising upset of the University of Maryland. This year's team promises an even greater winning season. Ron Cole slides into third. Hillesland winds up for a fast ball.
