Owleye 1-13 Owlexe has changed its facade during the past year. It stirred needed controversy when it asked students through its editorial column whether or not they wanted the name of our football team changed. The feature column introduced reviews of plays and movies taking place both on the campus and in nearby areas. The sports column achieved a new height of interest among students by using interviews and personal sketches, and not just enumerating the won-lost aspects of the game. Under the direction of Mr. Roy Pipher, fie- Owleye has attempted to present a varied picture of campus life and to inspire more students to contribute to its pages. Charlotte Mason, Editor; Mr. Roy Pipher, Advisor. Mr. Pipher carefully proofreads the paper at every stage. Owl '66 THE 66 OWL, under the direction of Dr. Claire Eckels, began its work early in the year. With a small staff, the book began to take shape with many changes over last year's. The addition of patron ads strengthened the financial standing, and the use of spot color increased the attractiveness of the book. We hope THE 66 OWL is an adequate repre se nt a ti on of the 1965-66 year at Harford Junior College. Dr. Claire Eckels, Adviser Charles Wheeler, Editor . . . . . organization.
