Under the able leadership of President Ken Stout, the Student Government has re- newed the effort to represent student opinion in school affairs. Every recognized organiza- tion on campus has voting power in the Council. The Dean of Students, Mr. Kuhl, acts as the advisor for this group and relays the necesary faculty approval. General campus attitude and conduct, as well as special activities, are all governed by the Student Council. Student Government President of the College, Dr. Alfred C. Owl '66 THE 66 OWL, under the direction of Dr. Claire Eckels, began its work early in the year. With a small staff, the book began to take shape with many changes over last year's. The addition of patron ads strengthened the financial standing, and the use of spot color increased the attractiveness of the book.
