'F '5 Q ,356 -563 RONALD DORNSEIF GEORGE STEVEN DEGE Mardi Gras was the movie Geo rated as his favorite, and he really enjoyed the book The Blood Bay Coll. Mechanical drafting is the chosen career for George. RONALD JOSEPH DE MIKE Ron was very active in the field of athletics. These various interests included Baseball and Hockey for three years, and A and B Football, each for two years. Quite naturally follows his membership in the H Club. In his senior year Ron was on the Senior Steering Com- mittee and Noon Patrol. His future plans include college. ROXANNE DONAHUE Roxie was very active in numerous organizations which included G.A.A., the Pep Club, Contact, and the Saga and Beacon Staffs. She was also a Red Cross Representative. Farewell to Arms was the movie she favored. Her future plans are to enter the University of Minnesota. JAMES ALLEN DORNFELD Athletics were Doorknob's major extra-curricular activities. Among these interests were A and B Football, B Basketball and the H Club. He was also a member of the Junior Steering Committee. Upon graduation he plans to enter the Navy. ll The Horse or Ron rated Party Doll as his favorite motion picture. He was also a member of the A and B Football Teams. Don't get behind the eight ball' is the expression he uses the most. 'Ron ,xi .1-ge.. plans to join the Navy after graduation. ' WESTLEY EUGENE DORNSEIF ,fri ?-43 Gene participated in Occupational Survey and Occupational Rela- tions. His favorite book was Street Rod and the movie he enjoyed the most was In Love and War. The expression Gene uses the most is Hello There! His future plans include entering the Armed Forces and working. KATHRYN SUZANNE DOUDNA Suz held the very important positions of Managing Editor for the Beacon and Co-Editor of the Saga. She was also a Bookstore worker for two years. Laugh I thought I'd die! is a saying she uses very frequently. After graduation she will return to Oklahoma City and get a job as a comptometer operator. KATHLEEN MARY DOYLE Kathy was active in many of the clubs at Harding. They included Junior Achievement, Red Cross, Contact. Gopher Historian, German Club, F.T.A., and the Harding Drama Club. She also found time to work in the Bookstore, and as a Student Council Helper. Kathy's plans for the future include college, a career, and possibly marriage. JOANNE LORENE DU CHARME Oh, you kids , was a favorite expression of Joanne's, and Sayomzra rated high as her favorite movie. While at Harding she was active in the German Club, Red Cross, A Band and P.T.S.A. Upon gradua- tion Joanne hopes to continue her education at some college. SANDRA KAY DWIRE To her friends she is known as Sandie . The book which she rated as her favorite was Desiree, and Come on is a pet saying of hers. Sandie has no definite plans for the future as yet. BARBARA JEAN EHRLE Barb participated in Knight-Lites, Y-Teens, A and B Choirs, Girls' Glee Club and G.A.A. She was also a Red Cross Representative, on the Knight-Lite Board of Directors, and in the operetta The Chimes of Normandy. Her favorite saving is Oh, how wonderfuI! After graduation she plans to work and then get married. CAROL ANN EK Carol was a member of Y-Teens. the Pep Club, P.T.S.A., G.A.A., and the Girls' Glee Club. War and Peace was her favorite book. THEODORE OSCAR CHRISTIANSON Ted liked reading Thirty Seconds Over Tokyo . He participated in Occupational Relations. The movie he rated as his favorite was Around the W'orld in Eighty Days . His plans after graduation ' ,F from Harding include Trade School. JAMES E. CIRHAN .. 134 To his friends he is known as jimbo. No kidding is an expression he favors. The movie that impressed him most was Quo Vadxs. Trade School is jim's goal after graduation. DENNIS CHARLES CLAUSON While at Harding Den took part in Red Cross, the Senior Steering Committee and the Archery Club. His favorite book was Mr. Roberts and You bathtub is an expression he frequently uses. She rated Little Miss Atlas as her favorite book. and she enioyed the movie The Ten Com- mandments very much. It's a panic is an expression she uses. Upon graduation jean would like to study modeling. CHARLES CORY Little Capone enioyed the movie Don't Go Near the Water, and rated The Hood as his favorite book. Don't panic is the expression he uses the most. Charles plans to enter the Service upon graduation. NEIL COSGROVE Tony liked the movie In Love and War, and Gota get a job is a favorite expression of his. He was a member of the Archery Club, and after graduation he plans to work. ROGER BRYCE COUILLARD 'Rog enjoyed the movie The Vikings and the book Northwest Pas- sage. His favorite expression is So Debonair. While at Harding he took part in the following activities: Student Council, Student Gov- erning Board, Junior and Senior Steering Committee, Archery Club, National Honor Society and A and B Basketball. Rob was also Senior Class Vice President, H Club Treasurer, Gopher Historian Presi- dent, Candidate for King of Hearts, and served on the Governor- Knights Board. Rog plans to go to college after graduation. SUE ELLEN CURRY Sue was a member of Y-Teens and the German Club. She rated Houseboat as her favorite movie and War and Peace as the book she enjoyed most. She uses the expression No kidding? Well then shoot! Sue plans to enroll in Art School after graduation. DIANNE GALE DAHLSTROM Kitty has a variety of interests which include G.A.A. and Hi-C. She was president of one lunior Achievement company and an active member another year. Her favorite expression is Nope! Upon graduation Kitty plans to become a nurse or an Airline Stewardess. ULLA DAMKILDE ' Everyone will long remember the warm, friendly, personality of our exchange student from Denmark who is fondly known as Tippy to her many new friends. Her favorite expression is Oops-oops! Ulla's many varied activities included being a member of the Student Governing Board, Drama Club, G.A.A. and the Senior Steering Com- mittee. Her future plans include going back to Denmark and con- tinuing school. LAURENCE PATRICK DANLEY Pat is quite interested in the Marines. To coincide with this in- terest, the movie he liked the most was Battle Cry. ,His plans after graduation include entering the Marines or becoming a drafting en-

PAUL ROBERT EMEOTI' Paul could be called The Man behind the scene , for he was the stage manager for all the operettas, plays, assemblies and special pro- grams during his senior year. He also was a member of the National Honor Society and the Mike and Key Club. His future plans include college after graduation. KAREN DEANNA ENGSTRAND Karen was very enthusiastic about the movie The Ten Commandments. She rated Gone With the Wind as her favorite book, her friends say You phoney baloney is an expression she uses the most. Karen was a Beacon Representative for three years. After graduation Karen plans to attend the St. Cloud Teachers' College. PAUL BARRY LEE FALLERT Among the various clubs and offices Barry has participated in were Drama Club, as President, Madrigal Singers, Basketball Manager, and P.T.S.A. Another of his extra-curricular activities was the St. Paul High School Television Club. His favorite saying seems to be Check that! College is Barry's goal after graduation. PATRICIA ANN FELIPE Pat has been a participant in G.A.A. and she was also a library helper. The motion picture she rated the best was Sayonara. Honestly is an expression she uses frequently. After graduation Pat plans to go on to college. PATRICIA ANN FINDLEY Pat has been an energetic member of many varied activities. Among them are National Honor Society, junior Steering Committee, Beacon and Saga editorial staff. and the Pep Club. Her most frequent remark to any astonishing situation usually is Oh honestly! She plans to enter a nursing career through Gustavis Adolphus College. ROBERT HENRY FLACH To his friends he is known as Fluke. He enjoyed the movie The Wild Ones, and his favorite book is Street Rod. You will often hear him use the expression Drop deadf' However, Robert will soon be singing Anchors Aweigh, for he plans to enter the Navy after graduation. MICHAEL FLAHERTY Mickie's favorite expression is What a blast! and he considers Peyton Plate the movie he enjoyed the most. Upon graduation he will take his place in the ranks of our Armed Forces. Mike's preference is the Army. DONALD HARVEY FLORIN His friends call him Big Don. The book which he rates as his favorite was The Long lVait. The expression he uses the most is Low Class! Q LYNNE ELLEN FORD This popular young lady was voted Miss First Page to Miss Print, High Princess to the Queen of Hearts, First Attendant to the Home- coming Oueen, and she received the Freshman and Senior Beacon ww Awards. She was a member of the junior and Senior 'Steering Com- mittees, was Secretary of the junior Class, and at the same time found time to serve as a Flag Twirler. Lynne would like to go to business school after graduation. MARILYN MARIE FREITAG Freddie was a member of G.A.A., the German Club, Red Cross, K A Choir, Pep Club, and also a Beacon Representative. I wouldn't - say that! is her favorite expression, and she enjoyed the book The Silver Chalice. After graduation Freddie will join the WAFS. 'Q JUDITH MARIE FRICK july was a member of the Girls' Glee Club, and the Senior Steering Committee. Among her favorite motion pictures was Sayonam. She was very enthusiastic about the book Uncle Tom'r Cabin. College is Judy's goal after graduation. GRETCHEN LOUISE FRISCH Oh, sure! is the expression Gretch favors. She was very impressed with the book The Robe and the motion picture, The Ten Command- mentr. Gretch participated in the Girls' Glee Club for two years. After graduation she plans to work in an office and get married.
